I don't have double eyelids, and there aren't many places that only remove upper eyelid fat, but I visited because this place does that. The doctor looked at my eyes and said that removing fat alone would not produce noticeable results, and that I would need double eyelid surgery for a meaningful effect, then also designed a line for me. I didn't feel like I was being pushed into a procedure. It really felt like they were recommending it because, for my eyes, fat removal alone would not be effective. The consultation was kind and good.
