Day 15 after surgery

From the day after surgery, I swelled up about 2.5 times, and with the throbbing pain like I was carrying stones, I couldn’t sleep at night. Standing was the hardest. It felt like my body was split in two. If I had to stand for a long time, I kept taking deep breaths because of the pain. Yesterday I had my 2-week checkup. The swelling has gone down by about half, so now it’s about double. Rather than the throbbing pain, a pain like being cut with a knife inside my chest has started. It hurts even when clothes just brush against it. They told me to apply some oil because the skin can stretch. And they said I can shower now. Ah.. after not showering for 2 weeks, my arms were about to get flaky from dryness. I showered with warm water and slept deeply..^^ The texture still feels firm too~~ And two things. When I raise my arms into the closet to hang clothes, and when I have to turn the steering wheel while parking, it feels unnatural.. Luckily, the inframammary incision wound seems okay. It’s not worm-like. Now I need to apply ointment diligently~ It still feels like artificial breasts. Will it be okay once my skin softens.. Since I swelled up 2.5 times, I felt a little depressed from the breast size and pain.. Did I make them too big.. After surgery, with the pain, I also feel sensation in both nipples more strongly. I couldn’t even bring myself to take photos or try on underwear. But I kept telling myself I’d feel better once I sorted out my padded bras, and now I have to throw all my padded bras away.. Ah.. What a waste. There are some I haven’t even worn. My mood got worse. None of my bras fit. At best, only non-padded wireless bras or bralettes. I hope one month passes quickly..
