Nose Surgery Reviews

Bulbous, low nose >> glamorous nose

Before/after, before/after Even before my nose surgery, I only looked for hospitals that were good at bulbous noses, and only places specializing in rhinoplasty. While going to consultations, I automatically passed on any place without CT, and I mainly looked at rhinoplasty reviews focused on bulbous nose surgery, so it took me a really long time to find a hospital. I really wanted to finish it in one go without needing revision rhinoplasty. Another problem with my nose, as you can see from the photos, was that it was freaking low From the side, you couldn’t even see my nose My forehead was flat too, so to put it a bit harshly, my face was basically flat Wow, now that I’m rating my own face, reality is hitting me freaking hard

Anyway, after seeing bulbous nose surgery reviews, I went for consultations at a few hospitals I liked, and I ended up having surgery at the place where the consultation felt the best and the most meticulous. I said it was okay if it looked obvious, so please make it as glamorous as possible. I wanted to put in 6-7 mm of silicone, but they said my skin wouldn’t stretch that much Since that couldn’t be helped, I put in 5 mm. I also wanted the tip surgery to look glamorous, so from the start it was going to be rib cartilage. I was a little worried about scarring with autologous costal cartilage, but as someone who is a scaredy-cat yet really wants the most glamorous result possible, donated costal cartilage was the perfect option for me, so I was really happy I am a scaredy-cat, but I’m not that dramatic about pain, so I was only super scared until I fell asleep before surgery. After that, I endured the difficult parts pretty well, and luckily my swelling and bruising weren’t severe, so I had no problem at all recovering for a month. I was determined after surgery and haven’t drunk alcohol or smoked until now. Is this what they call a triumph of the human spirit? It was hard to hold back, but I kept enduring it by thinking, “If I smoke, I’ll need revision rhinoplasty,” and I held back again and again

In rhinoplasty reviews, a lot of people say the best part after surgery is taking selfies, but because my face is still wide and flat, I really don’t like taking photos from the front yet If I take them slightly from the side so my cheekbones don’t show, I’m so satisfied that I wonder if this is really my nose. I want square jaw surgery, and because my side cheekbones protrude, I want cheekbone reduction surgery too. My double eyelid line is also too thin, so I want revision double eyelid surgery, and I need forehead filler too, and I want philtrum reduction as well. But for now, nose surgery was the most urgent, and now that I’ve done it, it feels like I’ve finished homework I’d been putting off for over twenty years. I’m also wondering if I should start looking into facial contouring surgery now At this rate, I don’t know if my plastic surgery life will only end when I’m in my 40s or 50s
