A rhinoplasty review that feels like I was scammed

I had rhinoplasty at ㅇㅈ about 5 or 6 years ago. I wanted a natural-looking nose, so we agreed to use 2 mm silicone for the nasal bridge and ear cartilage for the nasal tip, and I had the surgery. After that, I lived without any major issues, but my nasal tip kept drooping downward over time, so I decided to have revision surgery at another clinic. What I found out after the revision was that my nose had been operated on using L-shaped silicone... They said there was no ear cartilage anywhere, and only silicone had been used. What is ridiculous is that my ear still clearly has the marks from where cartilage was removed. The shape of my ear also became a bit floppy and deformed. During the first consultation, they proudly told me that these days they do not use L-shaped silicone and use ear cartilage instead. If I had not had revision surgery, I would never have known until the day I died, right..? There were no major side effects after the surgery, and I had liked the shape too, but I cannot help feeling like I was scammed. The doctor who did my revision said my nose was a somewhat difficult case because it did not have much of its own cartilage. At ㅇㅈ, they had said so casually that my nose was an easy case and confidently claimed that using silicone and ear cartilage through a closed approach would be enough... They really seem like scammers.... It feels awkward to confront them about it now, but I am so angry that I am at least writing about it here....
