But after the surgery, as the swelling went down, my nasal tip would often turn red.. When I looked into it during revision surgery consultations, they said that if L-shaped silicone is used, the skin becomes thinner, and that kind of thing can happen ㅠㅠ..
So while getting revision surgery, I replaced the silicone, and also had surgery to improve my bulbous nose and bring out the columella(?) at the same time:)
It’s been one week since the revision surgery, and I had the splint removed on Saturdayㅋㅋㅋㅋ Maybe because I had already experienced having a splint before, I got through it without any issuesㅋㅋ The feeling before and after doing the columella is definitely completely different. It feels like the nose extends out more naturally??ㅋㅋㅋ
The rhinoplasty I had in Busan before.. It didn’t even look very obvious that I had surgery ㅠㅜ Looking at it now, my bulbous nose was pretty severe .....ㅋㅋㅋ I really think choosing to do bulbous nose surgery together was a great decision!
