I liked that both the director and the manager were kind! The director recommended using autologous costal cartilage for the tip of the nose and silicone for the bridge, and also suggested valve reconstruction, treatment for deviated septum, alar reduction, and lowering the nostrils. They marked the line in Photoshop and carefully reviewed it while showing before-and-after cases.
