They suggested repair of the nasal valve, treatment for a deviated septum, lowering the nostrils, reduction of the inferior turbinates, and alar reduction. For materials, they recommended autologous costal cartilage for the tip of the nose and silicone for the bridge. The consultation was good, but it ended too quickly, which was disappointing. And although it was peak season, the waiting time was much longer than at other hospitals.
