I got a consultation with Director Gam at Baroco. He explained nose surgery professionally, and also said that not only the nose but the chin would probably look pretty too. He said ear cartilage could be used for the tip of the nose, but that rib cartilage would be best, though I felt rib cartilage was a bit too much for me, so I said I’d do it with ear cartilage.
