I just got back after having my nose and fat grafting done at a plastic surgery clinic It was a clinic I chose after really working hard to visit around, so I trusted them and had the surgery, and as expected, the director did it very safely and meticulously During surgery, I could look in the mirror and choose the silicone height I liked. Substitute surgery and things like that felt like a totally different world lol. They didn't block my nose either, so it's so comfortable I had a hump nose, so I had it shaved down, and I had decided to keep the nasal bridge natural, but I got a little greedy and chose a higher height than I had originally thought I'll post another review after the splint comes off and the taping is removed!
