I was looking into hospitals for my first surgery, and since the reviews were decent, I went for a consultation. The consultation atmosphere was good. The director was kind and easy to understand. These days, it feels like hospitals definitely do not over-treat as much. Personally, I felt comfortable during the consultation and left.
