I went to two places. Lobase ENT clinic, JS Plastic Surgery I went after hearing that both were well-known, private clinics that people in the know would know? Both places said that lateral incision was absolutely necessary. Lobase said that with this degree, the scar would be very noticeable, and that this clinic does not do alar reduction, so I would have to get it done somewhere else. In the director's personal opinion, there was no need to go through life accepting a visible scar just to do it. He said it would be better not to do it at all. At JS Plastic Surgery, they said a scar would definitely remain, but since my skin is dark anyway, it probably would not be something that would bother me that much. Both hospitals felt honest? Because they were private clinics, the consultations were very relaxed and thorough. But I am still thinking about whether to do it
