The director was kind and gave a comfortable impression, and the explanation was detailed. The staff at the desk felt ordinary. The consultation manager didn’t stand out much; at first I just thought they were fine. When I came back right away because I had more questions and asked to visit again, they weren’t rude, but they felt a bit less friendly. During the follow-up consultation later, I deliberately didn’t meet the manager, and I did meet the director, who was kind.~ However, it was under general anesthesia and there was no anesthesiologist, so I’m worried.
