Hello It’s already been over 2 years since I had hump nose surgery lol The surgery itself went quite well, but I regret every day that I didn’t do it without an implant. I had 1 mm of silicone placed, and because of this I worry every day about whether I’ll get inflammation or contracture Putting in silicone makes the shape a bit prettier, but if you’re someone who worries a lot, I recommend going implant-free
