The doctor was calm and explained various things well in a comfortable way, which I really liked, and the consultant was also very kind and explained things well, so that was good. The hospital was large and clean, which I liked, but it seems like the doctor specializes more in eye surgery than nose surgery, so I'm still thinking about it...
