I was a little surprised because I received a diagnosis I'd never heard before. I'd gone to a lot of nose consultations, and they said that since my nasal bridge is high, they would slightly fill only the bridge with postauricular fascia, perform osteotomy, and raise the nasal tip with septal cartilage and ear cartilage, doing everything with no implant. They didn't even take a CT scan and just felt my nose with their hands, so I wondered how they could know how much septal cartilage there would be and say they would raise the nasal tip with septal cartilage. I went because they said they specialize in noses, but I wondered why they charge a 10,000 won consultation fee. Seems like they could skip using a consulting manager and just seat an AI there to repeat the same things. They just rattled off the prepared lines and didn't try to hold onto me at all.
