I went for a nose revision surgery consultation. The explanation of the surgical method was very detailed, but I felt the explanation of what they would do to my nose was somewhat lacking. And between autologous costal cartilage and donated costal cartilage, they recommended donated costal cartilage no matter what. I got the impression that they do not prefer autologous costal cartilage at all. It is a private clinic without many people, and they have been in one place for a long time, so I had a high level of trust in that part.
