At the time, I shortlisted a few plastic surgery clinics that had good reviews in a women-centered online community and went to consultations with my mom before deciding From the consultation, the director honestly said that if I restrained my desires a bit, he could give me a nose that looked natural and not obvious So I ruled out all the plastic surgery clinics that recommended this and that, including the columella and everything else, and trusted the director who said he would touch as little as possible and make it natural I did it, and it’s natural! Other than the silicone showing slightly under lighting because my skin is thin, it’s not an amazingly pretty, doll-like nose, but it suits my face well, so I think it turned out harmonious
