My nose is really pretty, but because the swelling had not gone down fully they showed only the nose in a slightly artificial state, which pissed me off, so I wrote this myself. I gave them a very long review, but I have no idea where they sold it and why they wrote it like that;
Last November, when I did not know about this community yet, I looked at an app and pulled up a list of hospitals running events, then went for consultations. Now that I think about it, I do not even remember which hospitals I went to;; I was not really running around hard enough to visit a ton of places.. I would like to write consultation reviews too, but honestly my memory is like an eraser in my head and I cannot remember..
Honestly, my nose was not that much of a complex for me, and I thought it was a small, pretty nose. The bridge was not very high, but it was narrow, just a really small nose. Lately I have been shopping around for contour surgery, and when I went to a cosmetic surgery clinic yesterday, the doctor said my nose was small so the surgery must have been difficult ㅋㅌㅋㅌㅋㅋㅋ I think that is true.. Big noses are hard, but small noses are hard too. If you are not careful, it can easily end up as a really pointy nose or an awkward-looking nose, and there is a limit to how much height can be added.. Honestly, I kind of wish my nostrils were a little wider, that is just how I feel.. Since my nose width is so narrow, my face can look like it has empty space... It has its own neat charm, but anyway, that is that. These days I am looking into contour surgery and double jaw surgery, so please recommend a good double jaw surgery place (I am currently visiting hospitals in person, and the doctors keep saying my nose turned out very well ㅋㅋㅌㅋㅌㅋㅋ So funny ㅋㅌㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Feeling proud ㅋㅋㅌ)
Anyway.. at first I consulted with Director Lee Young-taek, but because he was away on business in Germany or somewhere when my surgery date was set, I instead consulted with Director Lee Kang-woo. But the new doctor I consulted with felt more trustworthy and somehow better ㅋㅋㅌㅋㅌㅋㅋ I guess his idea of an ideal nose matched the direction I wanted more closely, maybe..? I wanted rhinoplasty that would be like, 'natural, but the nose is definitely higher, and it still has to stay natural, and absolutely must not look obvious, there should be the effect of surgery but it must not show.' That was the kind of ridiculous request I made while wanting nose surgery. Seeing Director Lee Kang-woo explain everything gently and thoroughly during the consultation made my trust shoot up (honestly, his smiling eyes are insane) I ended up getting full-face fat grafting, Shrink 400 shots x 3 sessions, contour injections x 3 sessions, nose surgery (silicone bridge, ear cartilage for the tip, septal cartilage), and forehead Botox all here.. Including tax, I think it came to about 4.5 million won in total.. Even as an event price, I cannot exactly say it was cheap.. And honestly, Shrink and the contour injections did not have much effect... money wasted Also, I used 4.5 mm silicone, but the broker-written post said a different size.. I do not know whether that was actually the case or they just said anything......
**Day of surgery** On the day of my appointment, I was about 30 minutes late.. so there was no 3D CT or anything the hospital always brags about, and I went straight to the operating table. Before the nose surgery, they turned my body over to take fat from the outer thigh, and honestly while the anesthesia was wearing in and out (because they had to turn me over), I was extremely cold on the operating table.. Even in that confused state, I still vividly remember really shivering because I was cold, and I am not lying.. especially my feet. In the middle of that, I remember the doctor saying, 'Oh my, are you cold? Let me get a blanket for you.' So sweet; And I kept flailing around in dreams. Seriously, the dream kept changing, like I would ride in a car and then get lost on the road and keep having dreams like that ㅋㅌㅋㅋㅋㅌㅋ Not just one dream, but continuous dream fragments.. And they said I walked to the recovery room with the nurse supporting me, but I do not remember that process at all ㅋㅌㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅌㅋ I just opened my eyes and was lying there, so I kept asking many times if I really came there on my own And my throat was extremely dry.. fluid kept coming out of my thigh because of the cannula suction.. My nostrils were blocked so it was hard to breathe... I asked them to bring me water, but they came much later I thought I was going to die of thirst. On the day of nose surgery, my appearance was such that I could not take public transportation home.. anyone could tell I had had cosmetic surgery >< so I called a taxi and went home..
**Recovery process** On day 2, I did not even want to look at the swelling, but days 3-4 were truly the most shocking ㅋㅋㅌㅋㅌㅋㅋㅋ Around day 3?? I went to have the packing removed from my nose, and after the packing came out, the air was like aaah.. it felt like I had come to a mountain village in Gangwon-do. Precious air.... my inhale and exhale.... After the packing came out, I went to cafes with friends and went for walks, so the swelling went down very well relative to what it could have been ㅇㅇ.. At the clinic too, the coordinator said my swelling went down really fast ㅋㅋㅌㅋㅋ and asked if I was built for surgery.. I think I drank 5 packs of pumpkin juice a day, but I am not sure it really worked; it just tasted like water steeped with pumpkin sigh.. I guess it just makes you feel like the swelling is going down quickly and is good for peace of mind. Ah. What is a bit absurd is that the nurse who removed my stitches did not remove the stitches from the liposuction, so I kept those on for several weeks.. thanks to that, I have a scar on the back of my thigh.. And after surgery, I almost never saw the doctor’s face.. I do not think I even saw him when the stitches were removed.. I only saw him briefly in front of the operating room at the one-month mark. Also, when the nose tape was removed, I really thought my face was being ripped off ㅋㅌㅋㅋㅋ it hurt like crazy... like peeling off blue tape from your leg. My skin is dry, so even if I do not wash, oil does not come out.. so according to the nurse, taking off the tape is less painful when oil comes through, but she said mine was probably because my skin is dry. + As the residual swelling inside the nose gradually goes down, the nose naturally settles into place, but what I learned during the second fat grafting was that facial swelling from fat grafting is even worse... especially when there is major swelling around the eyes ㅎㄷㄷ.. + There was absolutely no pain after surgery. Only the ear incision hurt when I tossed and turned in my sleep. (I originally have a very restless sleeping habit) + The incision line was also sutured very neatly, and you could feel how precise it was. Not rough stitching, but carefully and delicately sewn.
**Recovery process 2** At first, when the residual swelling had not gone down yet, honestly all the people around me probably thought, 'Ah.. it looks too obvious, why did she mess with it for nothing.' The nose tip was too pointy and looked extremely doll-like. It did not seem to fit my youthful-looking face..? Especially because I did it without my mother knowing, so every time she saw it she cursed at me, asking why I touched such a pretty nose..... But after about a month, 90% of the residual swelling had gone down, and since then the line has naturally settled into place. Really, now nobody knows I even had surgery until I say so. But everyone just thinks it is a naturally pretty nose. Ah, and if I had to call this a side effect of nose surgery, it would be that, I had basically never had blackheads in my life, but after nose surgery my skin felt tightened and my pores seemed to have enlarged too, so I got blackheads. And for more than a month my skin condition was really bad.. I had terrible flaking, and no matter what I did, whether I used a mask pack or bought exfoliating scrubs and scrubbed, my skin was not like it used to be.. And the skin on the nose tip kept peeling too My skin was one of my proudest things.. this was seriously stressful.. Anyway, time heals all wounds, and now I am really satisfied with the line and it is pretty, and there are no side effects. My skin has also recovered about 90%! The remaining 10% is that there is still a little flaking on the nose tip (but it has improved a lot)..? The bridge also had a slightly tingling sensation when I touched it lightly, like a prickly feeling? Some kind of altered sensation?? Honestly, it is not like I did not do a traffic accident on my nose ㅋㅋㅌㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I opened it up, put in foreign material, cut the ear and moved tissue around ㅋㅋㅌㅋㅋㅋㅋ So it was not irritating enough to bother me, so I just gently massaged the bridge myself, lightly, to help blood circulation (??) Right now I do not feel that at all, and whether it was the massage or just time healing things, haha Also, I do not feel any foreign-body sensation at all.. I did not feel that even right after surgery.. Actually I still pick at my nose a lot, blow it, touch and move the tip with my hand a lot, and made all the facial expressions that are supposed to be bad after nose surgery (the upper-lip-pulling expression), and I kept wearing heavy glasses.. but the nose shape did not deform and it is natural but pretty..! Even the second fat grafting stuck well, so before the swelling went down and things settled it looked like a baby’s little figure, but now the line from the forehead down to the nose tip is so pretty that I do not want to touch it anymore.. I am extremely satisfied.. The fat grafting in the front cheeks, nasolabial folds, under the cheekbones, and temples went down quickly because I smile a lot and always sleep on my side The front cheeks seem to have stayed a little because of adhesion, but I cannot really feel it. And because of that side-sleeping habit, the stitches behind the ear where the cartilage was removed and sewn kept getting irritated, so a scar remained. Rolling over made the ear fold and so on, so it would have been strange if it had been perfectly fine But honestly, it is an area nobody cares about, so it does not matter much.? Was it more than about 2 months? I do not remember exactly when, but on the bus home from work, some creepy older man hit my nose really hard and went on, so I was startled and went to the hospital the very next day, and they even did a CT scan for me. There was no visible change or pain afterward, so I knew there was no problem, but I was still shocked.. They took good care of my post-incident peace of mind ㅋㅌㅌㅋㅋㅌㅋㅌㅋ The scar under my nose is still there It looks like a reddish line..? I applied Dermatix and all that, but because my skin seems prone to keloids, or maybe because I kept making the upper-lip-pulling expression, even though the swelling went down very quickly, I think the scar will need time.. Still, it is not to the point that the scar really bothers me!! Since it is under the nose, it is not very noticeable, and a little concealer tapped on top and it is done ㅋㅌ Right now I still keep picking my nose a lot and blowing it, and the skin on the nose tip gets pulled, so the very, very faint redness is also something I think time will heal Since my nose was so small, it makes sense that the skin was shocked-
**Hospital review** You could probably refer to the review I wrote before, but to add a bit more..! Director Lee Kang-woo is such a sweet guy. He is really, really good at noses and I am very very satisfied. I would strongly recommend him to people who do not want an obvious, doll-like nose, but instead want changes like mine where there is a difference but it does not look like cosmetic surgery, and who want it to harmonize with their face. The coordinator mixes formal speech with casual speech, but it does not feel rude at all and feels friendly, which I like. But I also have friends who would find casual speech annoying, so I think maybe they adjust depending on the person. And above all, they are really good at selling.. whew...... Also, I am not sure whether the hospital lobby is being managed well. Once I drank some water, put it on the table, went to a consultation, and forgot about it, but when I came back later it was still there ㅋㅋㅌㅋ Also, some of the people doing skin care did not seem that friendly.. That may vary by person..! Anyway, my nose turned out really well and I am highly satisfied, so.. Director Lee Kang-woo, I hope you keep walking the path to success and flowers! ㅋㅌㅋ
