During the consultation, overall everyone was kind and looked after me well, so I liked it. I was able to have the consultation comfortably without any pressure to pay a deposit or anything burdensome. The director seems to be safety-oriented. I also liked that they tried to match the line to the feeling I wanted as much as possible to some extent.
