The director was kind and explained things well using various surgical methods. The desk staff were also kind, but the consultation manager was not very friendly, so it was just okay. In practice, after surgery, there are many occasions when you have to contact the manager, so considering that, even though I liked the doctor’s consultation, I’m hesitant.
