When I consulted, the director wasn’t very detailed. The atmosphere was scary to ask questions in. When I asked how many millimeters they would put in, they said millimeters weren’t what mattered and wouldn’t tell me. I had asked for a flashy look, but the bridge starting point was so high that my nose ended up looking long and masculine. Even after three years, the donated rib cartilage had sunk, and it made my nose look even longer. During surgery, they got angry that not all of the nose filler had dissolved;
