I had revision nose surgery this time. At first, they said they would put in 2 mm, but when they opened it up in the operating room, they said they would put in 4 mm and asked whether I wanted it to look a bit more noticeable and glamorous, or more natural. So I said natural. But would 5 mm have looked really obvious? I kind of regret not making it a little higher haha. But now it’s only been 3 days, so I still can’t really tell the height yet. What do you all think about 4 mm vs. 5 mm?
