The director was so kind. Really professional, and explains things in a way that patients can easily understand. I loved that they clearly said what could be done was possible, and what couldn’t be done was impossible. But I chose another clinic, and the reason was: The people at the front desk had very artificial-looking faces, and they weren’t very kind either. It felt like they didn’t really care whether the customer was there or not. The consultation manager was politely friendly in a businesslike way. But they asked me which clinic I was going to next, and that caught me off guard a little. The price suddenly went up from the originally announced amount because of custom silicone, and they didn’t tell me anything separately about discounts. There was no deposit pressure or same-day booking pressure, though. I just didn’t get a good feeling..
