The consultation manager was extremely kind. Usually it goes manager > director > manager, and at the end the manager only tells you the hospital price and basic information, but here the manager naturally encouraged same-day booking as well (not that it is a bad thing) and also carefully checked how satisfied I was with the consultation for surgery.
Overall, the staff were not overly kind, but they were not rude either, and that was fine for me. The hospital facility does not feel like a brand-new opening! kind of place, but rather like a hospital you would expect from that building? I do not know what the operating room is like though.
Interestingly, for natural adhesion they said they remove the stitches on day 3, and they explained why, but I did not catch it properly.
The director was someone I found through reviews, and although they were not as meticulous as I expected, they gave concise but proper explanations to my questions. There was a surgery I wanted to do too, but they refused it, which made me sad, yet I liked that they recommended surgery according to the structure of my eye socket. They also explained why the surgery I wanted could not be done, rather than just making recommendations.
I was worried because the ratings here are bad (it seemed like there had been a director who was generally unpopular), but from the consultation experience it was better than I expected, and I decided to have the surgery here, so I will leave another review after the operation.
