I had a consultation for nose surgery with Director ㅇㅅㅎ. Because the doctor’s previous surgery kept getting delayed, I waited about 1 hour, but I had expected this to some extent. So far, I have visited a total of 3 places for nose surgery consultations, and up to now, this one feels the most trustworthy. However, what worries me about postoperative follow-up care is that the consultant and desk staff seemed too hectic, and more than anything, what the director discussed with me during the consultation was different from what the consultant later included when giving me the estimate. This seems like a communication problem. The director said the shape of my nostrils should not be touched, but later, when the consultant gave the estimate, she included a surgery to tie the nostrils. My friend who was listening to the consultation beside me also said she definitely heard it that way too. The consultation details from the director and what the consultant wrote down were different lololololol. If I were to decide on surgery based only on the director, I don’t think I can trust the consultant for the rest of the process because I’m afraid she might make a mistake.
