I went once because the reviews in a community were good. From the phone call to the consultation, they were really, really kind. Even though it is a hospital with only one director, the facilities were good and there were many staff members, so it was surprising. The director was really good. They gave me two options and explained the pros and cons of each, which helped with decision-making. Even though I asked a lot of questions, they explained each one without seeming annoyed, and even asked if I had more questions. They weren’t just kind; the line they marked was pretty too, and they clearly explained why this surgery was needed, so I felt professionalism. …
