- There seemed to be a lot of front desk staff, and they all looked quite young. It was disappointing that they didn't greet anyone who came in, and only started talking when the customer went up to them. - While taking the CT scan, the footrest was uncomfortable, maybe because it was positioned wrong: price free - Eyes & nose Maybe they had already left, but I applied separately for an eye doctor and a nose doctor, and the person I had requested for the nose consultation ended up doing the combined eyes-and-nose consultation (they do both eyes and nose). They came right after finishing surgery, so maybe they were in a rush, but they went straight into the consultation without any explanation. There was no name tag, and I only found out on my way home who I had talked to after looking it up. A one-on-one consultation with the director already felt burdensome, and having the manager and another unknown person standing right behind me staring too made it even more uncomfortable; they measured the eye and nose lengths with a ruler and said all sorts of things, but honestly they spoke so fast, and as a customer I don't know what size is actually right, so I just listened with one ear and let it out the other. This hospital was the first one to say the back of the eye is blocked so a canthoplasty can't be done and that the eye is unsuitable. They explained that, because of the facial structure, this line would suit me and would probably turn out best. The nose the manager saw and the nose the director saw were described differently. They speak quite fast. They said to ask the manager about AS. - Consultation manager This is the first person I talked to. When I asked if I had a photo of the shape I wanted, they said it would be good to bring one. They looked at the photo, talked about which line I wanted, and mapped out the eye line. They explained the issues and direction, and were kind. They feel young and a bit more like a comfortable friend, but they speak incredibly fast, so sometimes I couldn't understand the pronunciation. They write down everything you ask for, so it's better to be specific. They shared honestly through their own experience. They empathized well and kindly said no when something couldn't be done, which I liked. The manager set the broad framework and explained based on expectations, but sometimes their opinion didn't match the doctor's. They kept apologizing for the wait. For both eyes and nose, they said if within one year there is no difference before and after surgery, the line opens up, or an objective problem occurs, they will of course handle AS. (Not for cosmetic reasons.) After surgery, you visit the hospital three times in total, and they provide swelling care and laser treatment as aftercare. (Unlimited with no cost limit, advance reservation required.) They said they would consult with the director once more on the day of surgery. They explained what kind of anesthesia is used, said CCTV is installed, and that if a guardian wants to see it, they can watch a non-full version. Because of that, it was the cheapest place I consulted. They also explained this hospital's own surgical method and waited if I had more questions. I liked that they weren't trying to push me into booking immediately with a same-day discount!
