I went because they’re famous for removals, and they said they would use donated dermis for the bridge of the nose and do composite cartilage rearrangement for the tip. Since this was a revision, I studied hard and did a lot of research on my own, and the terms “simple cartilage rearrangement” and “composite cartilage rearrangement” that I heard at Kuk Won-seok’s consultation felt like wording used only at this hospital, almost like a bit of wordplay. After removing what was originally inside the nose, shouldn’t they obviously place the cartilage properly so it won’t rise up or collapse...? Anyway, during the manager consultation, they also didn’t even know which technique was simple and which was composite rearrangement, and when they calculated the price, they easily added 1.5 to 2.5 million won at a time on the calculator, so I was really taken aback.
