Eye Surgery Considerations

Gyareumhan review

This was a place I went to after doing all the research I could across every community I could see. I had a consultation with Director Park ㅂㄴㅎ, and I thought they would feel very strict, but they felt more professional and were kind:)

As soon as I walked in and looked at me, they said, "You're pretty???" I was very flustered, thinking I might get turned away They said I was already very pretty and had a very good impression, but because of the nature of my job, they had to look for flaws and checked my condition through palpation.

Personally, I thought my face was attractive, but when looking only at the face shape, I had cheekbones, a wide lower face, and a square jaw, so the director also recommended contouring surgery in 3 types. They explained my skin quality and said it was not good skin quality, and told me to pinch the director's cheek so I timidly pinched it once. It was really chewy and firm. Jealous...

They showed me the CT taken before the consultation and explained in detail how the incisions would be made. They showed me photos of patients with cases similar to mine and opposite cases as well, which helped me get an objective sense of my own face shape.

The director's overall opinion: 1. I do have a square jaw, but it is not visible from the front and my chin is narrow, so they would leave the angle near the ear as is and only shave down the protruding part a little. 2. They suggested two methods for the chin. (1) Use a T-osteotomy to reduce the absolute length of the chin by about 3 mm and make it narrower. (2) Use an S-osteotomy to make it narrower only. -> They explained the discussion about the absolute length of the chin in great detail. My chin's absolute length is on the short side, so if it were shortened too much, it would become too round, and in such cases just reducing the width can still have a big effect, and they showed improved cases. 3. The cheekbone would be cut diagonally rather than in a short straight line (trapezoid shape) toward the temple, then pushed back and fixed with two points, front and back. If it were pushed forward and fixed, what would happen to the tissue that gets pushed and gathered...^^

They really talked in incredible detail. They explained everything one by one to me, who knew nothing about contouring, and kept asking questions like a professor giving a quiz.. I was nervous about getting answers wrong ^^ They suddenly asked me what my major was, and it turned into an unexpectedly personal chat It felt like a meeting with my academic adviser.. They kept praising my personality, saying it was very good I think they liked my personality..

I ended up booking surgery for February somehow, and it was enjoyable! The consultation manager was kind, and the staff at the desk were kind too~ My meddlesome side kicked in, and when I was leaving I said, 'Happy New Year, everyone~' and they received it well

The director prefers natural lines and is the type to clearly say no when something cannot be done~ I actually thought that made them more credible than exaggerating and saying everything is possible!
