Nose Surgery Reviews

Two months after crooked-nose surgery, taking front-facing photos feels easier

I recently found a photo from before surgery while organizing old pictures and suddenly thought, huh...? It was a photo I had considered pretty okay when I took it, but looking at it now, I noticed again that my nose looked slightly crooked to one side In the past, after taking photos like that, I would obsessively flip them left to right, try different angles, and make a huge fuss by myself. Now I do that less! At two months, I think I am getting used to looking at my nose. At first, whenever I looked in the mirror, I checked my nose first and searched for what had changed since yesterday lol. Now I just naturally notice it while washing my face or when taking a photo. The tip was quite firm at first, and I wondered when it would feel comfortable, but it is much better now. The tip operated on with ear cartilage is rounded and refined rather than sticking out sharply as I feared, so I like it! There is also a subtle change when I take photos these days. I used to prefer photos with my face turned slightly rather than straight-on because I disliked how crooked my nose looked, so I think I unconsciously angled my face. But these days, even front-facing photos do not bother me as much, so I no longer search for a particular angle. It may seem minor, but it is surprisingly comfortable. I sometimes check my side profile too, and now that the bumpy area caused by the dorsal hump has been refined, my facial side line looks cleaner than before. I also like that the tip and bridge connect naturally without looking separate. It is not an extremely high or glamorous nose, but it has become close to the natural straight-line look I wanted, so I am personally satisfied. I used to be busy correcting my crooked nose just to get one good photo, but these days I have zero stress even when I upload the original. Once the parts that subtly bothered me whenever I looked in the mirror were refined, I feel more relaxed in daily life for no particular reason. I am gradually letting go of the habit of analyzing every angle of my nose!
