Nose Surgery Reviews

Six-month review after alar reduction~

I originally thought the tip of my nose was fine, but my nostrils spread sideways, so from the front my nose looked a little wide and heavy T_T I didn’t want to touch the bridge, so I only looked into alar reduction, and at the consultation I said I wanted to keep the current tip and only reduce the width of the nostrils. They explained that it was important to check the reduction range so the nostrils wouldn’t become too narrow and to confirm left-right balance. Comparing the before-and-after photos, the tip itself hasn’t changed much, but with both sides of the alae tidied up, my nose looks a little smaller from the front. Personally, I like this part the most haha. However, I apparently swell easily, so the early swelling lasted longer than expected T_T The minor swelling was subtly bothersome for the first month or two, but it gradually subsided, and now at six months the shape looks quite natural. Overall, I’m satisfied that they created a change mainly around the bothersome alae while maintaining the original feel of my nose~ I had it done by the director of Planner Plastic Surgery, and reviews suggest this doctor generally creates natural results, so keep that in mind.
