As in other reviews, the director isn’t extremely friendly, but rather, he slowly organized my questions, which I hadn’t been able to sort out properly because of anxiety, and explained things calmly and medically. It felt like my head, which had been full of anxiety, was calming down too?
The consultant was also definitely professional compared with the plastic surgery clinics I’ve been to so far, and clearly pointed out what was right and what wasn’t while explaining. There was none of that typical plastic-surgery consultant habit of talking indirectly and not clearly pointing things out. She organized everything clearly and even told me to take a photo first of the memo summarizing the consultation.
Overall, both the director and the consultation manager were calm and good at sorting out what was right and wrong.
However, aesthetically it’s not my taste, so I’m still thinking about it. This is a matter of personal preference, so try a consultation and decide!
