My nose is low, so I’m thinking about functional rhinoplasty to raise the nose and also treat rhinitis while increasing the height of the nose. If I get functional rhinoplasty, I’ve heard there are many cases where it only improves briefly at first, and then the nose becomes blocked again over time. Is that really true? Where is good at functional rhinoplasty?
