The doctor really seems like someone who is serious about nose surgery without thinking about money at all, and during the consultation they really listened while writing down, one by one, what exactly was the problem and what I didn't like, and then suggested solutions for each. I've been to a lot of rhinoplasty consultations, but this is the only one where the consultation fee didn't feel wasted.
