This was the first clinic I went to for a consultation, so I could not ask many questions. The doctor explained things simply and clearly, and was kind, but the consultation time was a bit short. I think it was because I had not prepared many questions. The price had a discount if you booked in advance, and there was no pressure, so I felt at ease.
