The director and the staff had a rather rude tone and a mocking tone, so I felt extremely uncomfortable. I asked a question, but the way they answered was like, “Do you really think that’s going to happen?” It put me in a bad mood, and even the consultation manager seemed like they were saying it on purpose... I paid money and got a consultation that made me feel terrible.
