The doctor has a very serious and calm personality, so after consulting with them I felt a great deal of trust. On the surgery side, I liked that they advised me precisely on only the surgeries that were truly necessary, and I got the impression that they also pay a lot of attention to the surgical method and post-op care. And they answered my questions in great detail, so I understood everything well and was satisfied. Honestly, when I first entered the hospital, I did feel a little disappointed by the facilities. But because I trust them, I’m satisfied.
