I have a crooked nose because of an old trauma fracture that was left untreated, and I went for consultations at several places. At other places, they said it was a very difficult case, with open rhinoplasty, osteotomy, and tip work as the basics, and because of the fracture history, they would have to take everything apart and rebuild it. Here, they said they could do it with a non-open approach by just removing the sunken bone and setting it straight. I don’t know if it can really be done, but maybe because it’s a revision-rhinoplasty specialty clinic, they don’t seem to be the type to overdo surgery at all. I recommend that even first-time patients go and have a consultation.
