The consultation was pretty quick, but out of all the ones I’ve had so far, this was the least sincere consultation... After the consultation manager finished, the director casually said something like, “It’ll be this kind of feeling...” and when I asked whether I didn’t need nostril reduction, only then did they tell me to lift my nose and said they’d reduce it by 3 mm. They looked extremely bothered, and it felt like they might have even been in the middle of something else. They didn’t even explain exactly how the surgery would be done....
