About two years after my first surgery with silicone and ear cartilage, the implant started showing through and it was about to break through the skin, so I went back to the place where I originally had it done and had removal surgery. After the nose surgery, I wasn’t satisfied with my nose either, but I had so many complaints about my original nose that I just managed to live with it, so I had the removal done at the same place. But after the removal, can you see my nose...? The start of my eyes and nose are at a similar level. My nose is crooked, and I’ve really been through so much emotionally If you look at the position of my eyes, that shape is with my head lowered as much as possible. I’m looking into revision surgery. After the removal, I had one more surgery, and it became better than before, but even this didn’t make my nose longer or anything; it only has the shape of the front of the nose, so I’m looking into revision surgery
