I went in for a consultation about nostril reduction. I already had a bit of a bridge, and I wanted to reduce only the broad, blunt-looking nostrils, but they ended up recommending full bulbous-nose surgery. I was caught off guard by that unexpected suggestion. I thought I only needed to reduce the nostrils because I already had a bridge, but I guess that wasn’t it.
