Consultation with Director Oh was extremely kind. He answered everything I asked when he had a little extra time, and explained things in a very quiet, calm way. He told me how to get a cleaner line, and the manager was kind too. Out of all the places I visited, this was the only one that gave me the consultation notes along with a business card, which I liked.
