I was looking for a clinic to get a procedure on the inner side of my upper lip and decided on this one. Even when booking the consultation by phone, I could feel how kind they were. When I visited in person, I immediately got a very professional impression. I first discussed the broad outline with the consultation manager, and then went into the details with the doctor. There was only one doctor, and he showed me lots of photos of past surgery reviews while asking what kind of image I wanted. I thought it was impressive that one person had so many review photos. It also made me feel less worried because I didn’t think there would be any proxy surgery. There were no uncomfortable points overall, but I did wish the doctor had spent a little more time on the consultation In the end, the surgery was a success.
