I visited for a nose consultation // short nose + columella drooping in + upturned tip Both the director and the manager were really kind. Since I hadn't gone to many consultations, I didn't know what questions to ask and was a bit clueless, but they first recommended a nose shape that would suit my nose and helped me set a direction. They also looked at the celebrity nose photos I showed them and honestly told me which ones would and wouldn't work.
Personally, I was worried that doing the tip with septal cartilage might later cause collapse, but the director had already said that because of the risk of collapse, they would only use ear cartilage for the tip, which made me trust them even more.
I consulted about dorsal bridge/silicone + tip/ear cartilage, and since they said my nose is very small and weak, they said they would need to use quite a bit of ear cartilage. They said they would suture it in two layers to make a single layer.
I'm planning to go to more consultations, but I think I will probably end up having surgery at this hospital.
