I had partial-incision surgery, it came undone, and I had a revision... The director said I should have had full incision, but I got tempted by partial incision and ended up going with it... There is not a single visible scar on my eyes, so I am satisfied. It has come undone again now, but one side is still holding... Honestly, having it come undone is better than having obvious scars. (It has been almost 10 years since the surgery) If you have a lot of fat, definitely get full incision..
