Day 5 after removing only the silicone

Hello haha I had my first surgery 7 years ago. I had silicone on the nasal bridge, a septal support strut at the nasal tip, and 3 layers of ear cartilage! Ever since I was young, I was stressed because my nasal dorsum was raised due to a hump, so that was why I had surgery, and I was not very greedy about nose height. I was also told that because my skin is very thin and fair, and my nose is small, they would not be able to raise it much... So during my first surgery, they rasped down the hump and added 1 mm of silicone, but since it was so thin, it did not have much effect on the height of my nose. At that time, the director who performed the surgery said that to prevent the hump area from growing back? the silicone had to be placed there. But less than a year after surgery, the silicone shifted to the right, and the side next to the left hump grew out, so it became convex again.. When I went back to the hospital where I had the surgery, they only said things like they cannot rasp the bone evenly, and that was the best they could do. Still, back then it did not bother me much, and I guess I was somewhat satisfied, so I lived like that for 7 years. But at some point, when I looked in the mirror, the silicone being crooked became so noticeable, and when I took photos, it looked extremely prominent... The left and right sides of my nose looked completely different, and it was such a straight-line nose. So last year, I actually looked around here and there to get revision surgery, even paid a reservation deposit, then canceled it. After looking at a community and various plastic surgery communities, I saw that even with revision surgery, if some kind of implant goes in, side effects can occur and many people struggle mentally, so instead of revision surgery, I made up my mind to have it removed.. I agonized a lot over whether to remove everything or only the silicone, even until the day of surgery.. While consulting with the director before going into surgery, I thought it would be better to just remove the silicone, so I only removed the silicone. After the surgery, the director said that once the silicone was taken out, the nasal bridge was more bumpy than expected and in poor condition, so he gently smoothed it out. So I was worried it might look bad once the swelling went down, but after some of the swelling went down and I looked, it seems smooth, so I am relieved.... They said that because the silicone placed after rasping the hump during the first surgery had shifted to the right, the right nasal bone that had been covered was absorbed to some extent, but the left side was not covered, so it actually rose back up. The main reason I had it removed was for cosmetic purposes, and I did not have inflammation or contracture. Right now it is day 5 after surgery, and it was done through a closed approach with dissolvable stitches, and there was no splint or tape, so I have not gone to the hospital since the day of surgery. I am planning to go once for a checkup around the one-week mark. Right now, it actually looks more natural, and I like it more than my surgically altered nose. My mom also says it looks better now hahaha There is still some swelling around the nasal bridge, but I am uploading progress photos today. The top is the surgically altered nose.
