It is already week 9 after my abdominal fat-dissolving injections. Now that more than two months have passed, I feel the change more when I wear clothes or look at my whole body rather than constantly inspecting just my abdomen.
I have been measuring my waist from time to time: it was 88 cm before the procedure, 83 cm at week 5, and it is now down to 80 cm at week 7. These days, even when I go to clothing stores to try things on, I look at the overall fit first rather than checking my lower abdomen as I used to.
The difference seems especially noticeable from the side or when wearing clothes that fit slightly close to the body. Before, I would first check whether my stomach looked prominent in clothes, but these days I find myself looking first at how the clothes fall on me.
It has been over two months, but I am still keeping up with aftercare. I am no longer receiving care mainly for swelling or bruising like at the beginning, and I plan to continue taking care of myself and monitoring things until month three.
Compared with only comparing weekly abdominal photos, seeing photos of myself in actual clothes makes the change feel much more real, so I have been taking lots of full-body photos lately >~. At month three, I plan to compare the first photos with my current photos all at once. I am excited to see how much I will have changed haha.
