I developed a dent 4 years after rhinoplasty

I think it would be better not to mention that you got hit on the nose with a clothes hanger, and go to the clinic to request aftercare/warranty service..

But to call it a scar-tissue problem, there’s also a step-off, so I don’t think that’s it If revision of just the nasal tip is possible, I want to do it.. Would aftercare/warranty service still be possible now, 4 years later..?

[@제우스입니다] Each clinic has its own set aftercare/warranty period, so I don’t know if everything would be covered, but seeing how they keep talking about scar tissue, it seems like they don’t intend to provide aftercare.. Even if you have surgery again, there’s no guarantee a step-off won’t happen, so if it were me, I’d look for another good clinic…

[@sssyousss] I went to the clinic, and they said it was a scar-tissue problem and did give me a scar-tissue injection.. But it’s getting worse over time, so I asked again today, and they said to give it some time and watch it.. But there’s also a line down the middle and everything, so I said I want to see the director again

[@제우스입니다] Is it very noticeable from the front too? What material did you use? I saw that if cartilage is stacked on the septum, that can happen too

[@sssyousss] I used septal cartilage! But that step-off is a problem now too, and the left side of the nasal dorsum is swollen, and when viewed from the front there’s also a horizontal line.. So I’m wondering whether it’s possible for this to happen from the impact of being hit by the clothes hanger...
