Had surgery as a second revision 5 years ago. I had it done by the head director. Honestly, I’m extremely satisfied. Donated costal cartilage was used, and now the nasal tip has dropped a lot, but well.. it’s okay in its own way, since there’s nothing I can do It turned out natural and dramatic. These days I think people call that natural-glam.. but back then I just said, please make it high! and it turned out well
