Surgery done 5 years ago as a re-revision. I was treated by the head surgeon. Honestly, I’m really satisfied. I used donated costal cartilage, and now the tip of my nose has dropped quite a bit, but well.. it’s still decent, so it can’t be helped T_T It turned out natural yet glamorous. These days people call it natural-glam.. back then I just said, “Please make it high!” and it turned out well.
